Agreement

When you open an account or play at Golden Lady Casino, for fun or for real money, you accept our full Terms and Conditions. We may change them from time to time, so look back now and then for the current version.

Who can play

You must be 25 or older to play with us. Where your local law sets a different minimum age, that rule applies, and you are responsible for checking it. We may ask for proof of age at any time.

Your account

We allow one account per person, household, device and IP address, and the same applies at sister casinos under the same management. Only the registered account holder may log in and play. Keep your account number and password private. An account with no login or bet for 120 days or more may lose its balance.

Bonuses

Unless we say otherwise in advance, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that has to be completed before any cash out. If you would rather play without a bonus, tell our support team before you start playing. Bonus money is non-withdrawable and is taken off your winnings when a payout is processed.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit is wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. Pay only with a card, bank account or wallet in your own name. The minimum withdrawal is 50 AUD. Our finance team checks your identity documents before the first payout, and approval can take up to 18 working days.

Fair play

Our games rely on a random number generator audited and validated by a third party. Bots, collusion, bonus abuse and chargebacks lead to account closure and the loss of winnings.

Licence

Golden Lady Casino belongs to an incorporated company that holds an online casino licence from the Government of Curacao and is regulated by it.
