Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Never bet rent money or cash you need for everyday life, do not chase losses and keep an eye on your spending. Make sure the decision to play is your own.
Set your limits
You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit with a simple written request to our support team. Think about how often you play, how long your sessions last and what amount you can afford to lose.
Take a break
You can ask our support team for a break of up to six weeks at any time. During the break, access to your account and to any new account you try to open is limited.
Close your account
You can ask us at any time to close your account completely. We block the account shortly after we receive your request.
Signs to watch for
Ask yourself whether you gamble to escape everyday life, miss work or school to play, lie about the time or money you spend, or feel low after a loss. If any answer is yes, reach out for help.
Where to get help
Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) offer support to anyone worried about their gambling.
Protecting minors
Only players aged 25 or older may play with us. Keep your login details away from children, use child protection software and do not leave the casino open on a shared device.
